Can I cancel my order?
If you issue a cancel within 24h of your order, then chances are that we will be able to cancel it. You'll have to contact us as soon as possible in the Contact page, with your order number (e.g. "#1150") and hopefully we'll be able to cancel it. If it's been more than 24 hours since you ordered, the chances are slim that we'll be able to cancel it.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, you'll have to cancel the order (contact us with your order number) & send us the right size.
What if I misspelled or typed the wrong address during checkout?
Contact us within 24h of your order, through the Contact page with the correctly spelled address as well as your order number (e.g. "#1150"), and we'll most likely be able to fix the issue. If it's been longer than 24h, chances are that it might be too late. Always double check the address info after you make an order!
If you typed in the wrong address, but that address exists (e.g. in another country), also contact us in the Contact page with the full correct address info, and we might be able to fix the issue. If we can't fix it for you, you'll be compensated with a coupon code worth the same amount as that order.
What if i didn't receive my order?
If your order accidentally got lost in transit, you need to contact us within 28 days after the earliest estimated delivery date. Contact us in the Contact page, with your order number (e.g. "#1150") and explanation, and you'll get a refund, coupon code or new order sent out to you, if it's our fault. See the answer above if you entered the wrong address or made a typo.
Where can I find size guides/charts?
You'll always find the relevant size guide in the last image of the product.
Can I order a product as a gift/present?
Of course, but we're unfortunately unable to ship the product/s in any gift/present packaging. No price tags or price is displayed whatsoever, so you won't have to worry about that.
